HAIST x TAKU OBATA

The Artist Series edition of CHASE was created in partnership with Japanese artist Taku Obata, whose practice is rooted in b-boy culture. Obata brings the energy of b-boying into the collaboration, reinterpreting the silhouette through movement and form.

Q: When will my tile ship?
A: Tiles are handmade as soon as possible after ordering. Please allow 2–4 weeks after your sorder for your tile to arrive.
Q: What if my tile arrives damaged?
A: Each tile is handmade and may carry natural imperfections — this is part of the character. If yours arrived broken, contact us at [info@haist.one](mailto:info@haist.one) with a photo.

Q: When do you release products?

A: Our sneakers are released in limited quantities. Restocks are not guaranteed.
Q: How is the sizing?
A: Our shoes fit true to size.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to most countries worldwide.
Q: How long does processing & shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location. We ship from Europe.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes, tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.
Q: Do you include import taxes and/or duties?
A: We don't. Any import taxes, duties or customs fees charged by the recipient country are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: Can I change my delivery address?

Q: My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
A: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us at [info@haist.one](mailto:info@haist.one) within 30 days of placing your order. After this period we are unable to file a claim for lost orders.
Q: What happens if my package couldn't be delivered?
A: If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, a new order will need to be placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned unworn, unused, with original hangtags attached and in their original packaging.
Q: Who covers return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EUROPE LAUNCH @CONCRETE - 23/05/26

HAIST launches in Europe with an exclusive release of the HAIST x TAKU OBATA at Concrete Amsterdam on May 23 Release: May 23, 2026 Location: Concrete - Spuitstraat 250, Amsterdam

CHASE — Artist Series, edition of 100 A limited edition of the CHASE sneaker. Inspired by Japanese jade tones, featuring Taku's B-BOY logo on the back heel and his illustrations on the insole. Each pair includes a unique handmade, individually numbered concrete tile, matching the edition number of the shoe.

BUTTAI — Concrete sculpture, edition of 15 BUTTAI originated as a wooden sculpture. Through a 3D scan of the original, it has been reborn in concrete. Concrete, the material that forms the roads and streets beneath our feet. It is what physically wears down a sneaker sole. It is the surface that gives the shoe its purpose. By casting this work in that same material, BUTTAI becomes a true street sculpture. Not placed in the street, but made from it. Produced in the Netherlands in an edition of 15.

TOKYO LAUNCH @GR8 - 07/05/26

The collection launches at GR8 Store in Tokyo. All three CHASE colorways will be available, and Obata’s artwork can be seen from May 8th until May 10th. Pop-up: May 8–10, 2026 Location: GR8 Store, Tokyo, Japan

The artist edition is created in partnership with Japanese artist Taku Obata , whose practice is rooted in b-boy culture. Known for translating bodies in motion into bold, sculptural forms, Obata brings the energy of dance into the collaboration—reinterpreting the silhouette through movement and form. Extending the project beyond the sneaker, Obata also created an exclusive sculpture inspired by the HAIST x Taku edition , transforming the design into a physical artwork that captures its motion and spirit.
