Yes, tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.
We don't. Any import taxes, duties or customs fees charged by the recipient country are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us at info@haist.one within 30 days of placing your order. After this period we are unable to file a claim for lost orders.
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, a new order will need to be placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned unworn, unused, with original hangtags attached and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Some items may be excluded from returns.
We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order.
